Unable to chat

Hi, i am unable to chat in live or online chess, whenever i try to post in the chat box it just turn into red box and doesn't display anything that i write, how to repair this problem? Someone?

Make sure that you are using the very latest web browser of which ever web browser you choose to use. Also, try occasionally clearing out your web cache and try using the "Control F5" or "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh on the website. Also, if you can try connecting to the "simple" version of the Live Chess to see if you will get chat there.

i've tried all the option above but still facing the same problem..still unable to post at chat box. FYI, i am using google chrome, not sure if there is any latest version for google chrome, tried to google it tough. It's too bad i cannot reply for others saying hello.
