Can i play unrated games at Live Chess or only possible at Online Chess. If yes where in the settings i can check the option to play unrated. All i see is the different timers 1/3/5/5+2... etc but didn't see a button for unrated game anywhere.

Check 'rating options' underneath time control settings.
