At any rate- In live chess, set up a custom game seek. Choose "unrated; or unrated white or unrated black" from the Rating Options.

Normally when you want to ask a why to a person that you don't know, you just ask why, but instead of that you started with a question that can be easily (and reasonably) interpreted as a malicious one, in the sense that a priori you don't state nothing explicitly, but you make a question that insinuates that the main reason he is asking this may be a loser attitude. Otherwise you wouldn't have asked it in this way, nor even examined his games before of just answering his very short and simple question.
Do you know what I mean? If you want to ask something and you just come to the forum, you don't want that someone makes you feel required to clarify that you are not asking something because you are a loser/idiot/whatever. Maybe it was not your intention, but that's really unpleasant.
