Clocks flashing happens whenever there are connection issues. Seems like internet connection, or server problems if this happened. Not fun, but at least I try to think that over the long term it happens to everyone about equally so it balances out.

Gullgirly

lol, thank you......I await it happening to an opponent and not me  happy.png

Hi
Gullgirly

Hello

llama47

Both clocks flashing means you're this week's lucky winner! Just send me your name, date of birth, SS number, and credit card info and you'll receive your prize in 6-8 weeks.

Gullgirly

I think I will pass on that one happy.png

llama47

Bah, maybe next time.

If your clocks flash for more than 4 hours, consult an electrician.

I suppose that you are talking about clocks of rapid chess.com games.

I already have seen this.
I made an animated gif to show it.
It happens when the two players have less than 60 seconds to finish the game.

Thank you but it wasn't that one, I had over 15 minutes left, and I still had about 15 when I automatically lost the game without being able to make a move.

Some form of connection loss I guess as suggested above.

Gullgirly

Oh well....at least I got a warning this time

"You have lost your connection and your game with Gujaratiproud will auto-resign in 0:0"
