what does u mean in live game notation 15 10 u

I noticed that in the live games selection, there appear rounds with white dot inside and the game is denoted as e.g. 15 10 u. What does "u" mean?

u=unrated

15|10= 15 min+10 sec increment every move that you make.

what does 2|1 mean or 3|2?................2 min game and 1 second moves? i dont understand
