What happened to my game ??

A few minutes ago, I played my 5th and last game at Live chess with godllub, at the 15/10 Standard Tournament (open). I was playing White, and after I had made my 32nd move, my opponent namely godllub did not reply. Eventually, his time ran out.

I expected the screen to display that I had won, but instead kept showing the advertisement of wanting us to watch a "live" chess game.

When I went back to the main menu, I was surprised that my game with godllub was declared a draw by mutual agreement. At no time was a draw offer conveyed to me, and I would surely refuse as I had the positional advantage.

Could the staff of Chess.com., please review my game, and inform me what has happened ??
