What is the best way to boost your live chess rating?

My chess.com rating is a few hundred points below my actual rating. My chess.com rating is around 1100 (i was just in a tournament so it went up and down a lot) and my actual rating is 1331 (if you want proof i can show you a game if you ask). I want my rating to go up to around 1300, but can't seem to get very far over 1100. Any advice?

"A game" is not indicative of your rating.

What makes you think (other than 1 game) that your rating is 1331 (which is an oddly specific rating number)?

I mean my uscf rating is 1331, and i just want to be specific because that is my highest uscf rating that i have had

How many games is that rating based on?

Is that your current rating or is that the highest and now it is lower?

And again, one game is not indicative of your rating. As the old saying goes, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while.
