What kind of game is it? Why should I play against players who have lowered their rating on their own? Why are not they being banned? If the player was 1700 but has specially lowered his rating to 1300 it must be banned forever. Some manage to lower and by 500. Why should I play the maximum rating of the opponent before each game? Is the point of playing to have an interesting game or get points?
Yes, there are people who sandbag but I do not think they make up a sizable part of the players. You are allowed to file a report on someone if you think it's particularly flagrant.
