Hey @Kulvoid this is a perception thing and although it may feel that way, statistically, these extremes are almost never the case.
I went to your "all-time" stats for 5 min blitz. You said that "maybe 10% of my wins are lost on board won on time" which would mean that you salvage a win by flagging in a lost position about 10% of the time, but your all-time stats reveal that you only win on time 12.8% of the time and you actually lose by timeout in 39.6% of your losses. I doubt you save losing positions 10% of the time and lose them the remaining 2.8% of the time.
More important than this is that I see you don't have any Rapid games recorded and don't have any Daily games recorded. Literally not a single game!
To your credit, you are losing a lot of games by timeout (39.6%) and I'm sure many of these are in objectively winning positions for you. With that being said, I recommend switching to rapid games. 10 min time control (10 minutes per player) is the most popular time control on chess.com, but 15/10 is also another good time control. 5 minutes is probably too fast for quality moves for you right now, so if you recognize this and are "disgusted" by it, then you should play longer time control games and see if this helps you win those positions you would have lost on time.
If this doesn't help, then it is your time management skills which require work, but in most cases the longer time control helps players who struggle with blitz.
I would say 75% of my losses are won on the board lose on time. Its disgusting. And maybe 10% of my wins are lost on board won on time. 5 minute blitz.
