   I looked through a couple pages and couldn't find an explanation anywhere so if anyone knows what the time rates for each kind (Bullet, Blitz, and Standard) are, thanks in advance.

Bullet = 1 or 2 minutes

Blitz = 3 to 14 minutes

Standard = 15 minutes and more

Rapid is over 15 minutes or more.

Also you need to take into consideration increment. I think increment is standardized as 60 moves for calculation purposes. Which equals +5 minutes/game for every +5 second increment or +1 second of increment = +1 minute of game time

So a 10+5 game would be considered as a 15 minute game.
