Depends on which ones you enjoy the most, plus your personal chess goals:

For improvement: Daily or classical
For improvement but with a limited time window: Rapid
For adrenaline with some tactics practice mixed in: Blitz
For pure adrenaline: Bullet

I liken 30|0 but I would like to play long OTB time controls

Classical 30 min to 1.30 Hours

15|10 is best.
It is the official FIDE rapid time control.
It avoids time trouble.
Slower like 90|30 is hard online.

I second 15/10. I find that time control is the right balance of accurate, quality play and improvement with rare flagging. The 10 second increments is a game saver in the end.

Others have mentioned 10 minutes, but I feel 10 minutes is a blitz game in disguise.

I've played 30 minute games and the opponents lost on time.   I like 10 minute games.
