Hit the draw button after the third repitition; It claims a draw instead of offering one.
Why did this game not draw?
Threefold repetition and 50-move-rule draws are not automatic. You have to claim them by pressing the "Offer draw" button.
@Marvin: wow, that's interesting, I never knew that! I just finished a 364-move game:

I offered the fellow a draw after threefold repetition of the position, but he declined. Suppose he wanted to play it out for a while.
The bigger question is why you did NOT go for a win with 35: QE5; if PxP then QXP (g7) threatening the Rook on F8 if PG3 QxP leads to an ending where white has the better chances.

Well, keeping in mind that a) it was Blitz & b) I suck, my 'puter has 35. Qe5 as a terrible move (eval goes from +0.00 to -11.35). The response is 35... Qxh4!! There is no PxP possible.
This is an new one as people ask why did the game end in a draw. You played blitz so you over looked a move. And missed a chance to win.

What do you mean QXH4, hte black Queen is on H4?! There is a pawn on G4 that can take the pawn on F3; You obviously did something wrong.
Mauricio, make sure you specify who you're talking to and what game you're referring to. Rujulus thought (and I did too) that you were recommending 35. Qe5 for his game (on post #5). Now I see you meant it for my game in the original post.
Yes, 35. Qe5 looks good. Thank you.

Is there a certain reason why there wouldn't be a draw by threefold repetition in this game? At move 41, we had repeated the position for the third time (and then many times beyond). I ended up losing the game by time, because it never drew.
We did offer draws at a couple different points. I unintentionally declined by playing the next move, then my opponent didn't offer it again. Probably because they realized I would lose on time first.
