Why not on mobile?

I really want to play these variants like Bughouse but can’t find Live Chess anywhere on the mobile app. Why isn’t it on mobile? Are there plans to support it on mobile in the future?

The variants a relatively new, but I haven't seen any mention of any are coming to the apps. I doubt bughouse will ever make it, due to space constraints.
That said, the mobile website works well, so you could play variants that way.
