Why Pre-Move Does Not Work?

So, for a few days, with the pre-move setting On i can't make pre-moves in blitz games and i'm kinda losing.

If you've checked allowing premove then it should work.

It was checked and still did not work. But now it's ok, is working. Thanks for the answer.

My premove setting is turned on but I still cant remove in matches. Please fix this issue immediately

What happens when you try to premove? 
Is the premove displayed in a red color?

Do you play on an app or the website?
If you play on an app, make sure you access the app's premove setting and not the website's premove setting.

In my chesscom app, that doesn't work either.

Hello! I have my premoves enabled and can't premove. Advice anyone?

Go to the live chess setting and then turn on the premove ability and then scroll down and make sure you press save

I have long wondered, what is the reasoning that pre-move is not an enabled feature in Rapid? Would anybody like to share the answer, please?

I guess I meant conditional moves.

You don't have them enabled.

Or You didn't save your settings.
