How is a winner chosen when a live game times out? I just had another player completely on the ropes, with many more major pieces than he had, and the game timed out and gave him the win on time-out?
Did you run out of time? If so and your opponent still had enough material to checkmate you, you lose.
But I had significantly more material when we ran out of time, so why would I lose?
This are the rules.
You are saying "we" ran out of time. Wrong... "you" ran out of time. Your opponent still had time on his clock.
