Clock and anti-clock wise turning carousels, quite interesting. Small dual on move 16 where white's king has a choice of squares.
1st place in the Fide composition (amazing puzzle!)

Not sure why you say there's a small dual on move 16. In the main line, 15...Nh4+ does force 16.Kxg4, and in a second line, 15...Nd4+ forces 16.Kf6. Here's a link to the tourney award: https://www.wfcc.ch/wp-content/uploads/C-11FIDECUP-fin.pdf

Ah, that's what happens when posters do not stick to the rules. In my mind it was a win study as the stipulation reads 1-0 but it it is a moremover! As such it is flawless of course!
Btw, it appears to me that the composition was originally designed as an endgame study due to the assembled black power. Also, black draws at least on any white alternative. The "dual" on move 16 might have been the reason for its conversion to moremover. Just speculating

@Arisktotle. Ha! Because I've seen this problem before, plus that the OP did such a good job with the annotation, I didn't notice that they'd left out the "mate-in-18" task!

Thank you for the compliment! I saw this puzzle on reddit and was inspired to post it here on chess.com. I saw your comment which inspired me the post it here as well.
