I don't see a draw after 4... Kf8.

it's either three fold-repetition or the king will eventually take the rook and white has no moves

The reason I made this puzzle was to show this uniqe way of getting a draw notice if 4... kf8 the rook will go e8 to check the king if the king takes the rook then white will have no move to do so there will be a draw so he must either go back to f7 or go a step back which will make it draw again so in any way its a draw I checked the situation carefuly and I found a few ways for black to checkmate if white does a mistake but no way for white to avoid draw if black plays it right
