If the goal is stalemate why do I have to wait three moves to do it? There are many many moves that stalemate in one... I am sure that are about as many ways to do it in two moves.. .and probably lots of solution to do it in three. For example:
1.Bg5 Kb8 2. Qd7 Ka8 3. Qc7 1/2-1/2
Hey everyone, I recently had an interesting Idea for a chess composition. Usually puzzels are marked "White to play and mate in x moves". I think you could make other nice things too. This one for a change should be a try to make some more fun puzzles. Its unfortunately not as nice, as it was meant to be, but my point is to encouracge people to make such compositions which may be nicer and maybe a bit harder. I invite people to post similar problems here. I count 6 mates in 1, thats not the point here.
WHITE TO PLAY AND STALEMATE IN 3! SMILE!!!!
