Can you solve these endgame studies?

Both very similar, but very different.

The first puzzle I correctly solved in my first attempt (took about a minute on it). The second puzzle I got about half of it correct before getting the first move wrong, but I eventually figured it out.

If you have to give the number of moves it is no longer an endgame study but a (directmate) problem.

The second version reminds of the evergreen game between Steinitz and von Bardeleben!

The first 1 I solved under 30 seconds. The second 1 was very very hard for me. I had at least made 4-5 mistakes. Loved them both!
