I've tried to think of a position where the knight checking a lot with 2 rooks would end up in a puzzle, since it seemed amusing.

I couldn't, but I'm glad someone else did.

Again, a good construction! Personally I would replace wQe1 with (for instance) a black bishop causing all remaining white pieces to participate in the checkmate position. You placed the queen on e1 to invite the white side to engage that queen in the solution - but it is clear that such is always impossible because of the pin by bQh1. The rule is to make a position as light as possible unless the extra material makes a significant contribution to some part of the solution.
