Can you solve this puzzle?

Recently composed, lacking a good intro.  Any help making one would be greatly appreciated

I also want to exploit the rook-trapped motive more (e.g. have the pawn do an Excelsior, or go up the entire board). Help here would be appreciated as well.

Ah right! Can't promise to find a longer intro. There are other challenges out there in the summer heat. I have seen a number of rook-lock-up studies in my career. Often the rook freely moves into the trap to prevent the pawn from queening eg. in the position [wPa7,wBe5,bRe8] where black may prefer his rook to be locked up after ..Ra8! over being locked out after white's next .Bb8!

As you know I am not an archives expert and wouldn't know where and how to find such endgames. I recall former WC Vasily Smyslov composed a number of bishop promotion studies and vaguely remember one or two contained "piece lock-ups" as well!
