Wouldn't it just be quicker to immediately take the pawn on f3 with the light squared bishop? after White queen took black's bishop on f3, then Black's queen takes the knight on f1 and checkmate.
@KiwiJuiseIt would be quicker if it wasn't for the bishop gaurding f1.
In any case, here's a faster and nearly totally forced mate:
EDIT - Scratch that - I missed the bishop! :(

That one's easy if you're black. Move Be4 to c6.
