It's then all too easy to sac the black-squared bishop for the a- and b-pawns, and if captured, instant stalemate will occur. (White's king has no moves!)

What if it gets a rook first then promote to a queen on the other pawn?

After KxB, Be5 and no matter what you do it'll be stalemate.

Then, it's whites turn to create the stalemate!

1. Bg1 a2 2. Bh7 b2=R 3. Bd4+ Rb2 and now 4. Bishop anywhere from c3-h8 is stalemate.
