it's a great puzzle!

Is that a game you played? It looks like a game to me. And puzzles are supposed to be forced, or the fool's mate and the scholler's mate would be puzzles

just a made-up puzzle

Those are NOT puzzles... there's absolutely no point to them. You're just guessing random moves, hoping to be right, but there's no real logic behind them.

Devout_Monk - 1...Qxg7 wins a piece in your second puzzle.

Very nice, chessguy, you managed to lose your only pawn.

Patzer,

Seems like it would be better to create an invite puzzle group from members.  I love the chess.com puzzles, but I must admit, there are so many puzzles with errors that are submitted (or with the opponent responding in a way that's almost a help mate) that contain errors, it may be more work for you guys double checking every puzzle!  And then there are the composed problems which would never happen in a real game, which there is some value too, but I think the problems that mimic real game scenarious are far better.   I mean I guess I'm just thinking about the quality of the puzzle ya know :-).

Just my two cents.

Hey guys, these are the last few moves of a nice endgame I played in live chess.  I want to see if someone can figure it out.

White to move and mate in 6.  Good luck!  This would make a great daily puzzle.

nice puzzel

Here is another endgame from one of my online chess games.  I found a quicker forced mate than the one that I played after I finished the game, so here's that one.

White to move and mate in 4.

Avatar of Numbersix

nice one..a few possibilities, but interesting to find the quickest

Okay, here's a puzzle that I've come up with.  I'm not sure how hard it is.  I guess it would depend on your level of skill.

White to move and mate in 4.
