I was taking a look at #3483 and it looks line 1. Kc2 Ka2 (only legal move) 2. Bb2 a3 (only legal move) 3 Nc3# or 3 Nb4# does it in three moves.

You're right. And the solution given is not even a correct mate in 4, although there are five first moves that lead to mate in 4.
I've created this beautiful puzzle on accident while analyzing my game with stockfish 12+ on depth 22.
Black queen is trapped and there's only one way to keep the sizeable advantage.
Can you find it?
Difficulty: medium/hard
Nice puzzle, as long as black helps out. White would be winning without black assistance if the puzzle was set up with the h-pawn on h3 instead of h2 to avoid a back rank mate. Good try though.☺
