Have you noticed that the scoring of puzzles has changed a lot over time? My rating has dropped significantly, and failure is severely punished. I can't say exactly what's changed, but the scoring system is much more demanding. It has the advantage of forcing you to solve the puzzle very carefully.

Yes! Exactly the post I was looking for. I am having the same experience with the puzzles. Would be nice if there was some explanation on that.
