Do people really have 65000 plus in puzzles??

Is it possible to get 65000 in chess puzzles. The people who do make it look so easy. they nearly always do 100% time an d about 97% correct. Can they tells how they do it. They are often rated below 2000 in rapid but in Puzzles they are savants. Please let me know cos I am struggling to get to 3K on puzzles.
