I'm pretty sure that putting the black king on f3 instead of e4 solves the problem with the puzzle.
No it doesn't, it's exactly the same, the blck king just prevents the pawn from queening..
Oops, so it does -- g2 then....
Hehe, in that case the black king could just defend it's pawn when the new white queen skewers it!
