Endless Chess Puzzle Game

Hi everyone! đź‘‹

I’m a big chess fan and I’ve been working on a small side project that takes classic chess movement and turns it into an endless survival-style puzzle game called "Never Blunder". It's available on iOS AppStore.

There are roguelike elements too—score combos, upgrades, different playable pieces, and a strong focus on calculation, pattern recognition, and risk vs reward rather than memorization.

It’s not meant to replace real chess, just a fun way to train board vision. I’d love to hear feedback from other chess players and puzzle lovers. I’m especially curious what you think about using classic chess rules in a survival setting.

My games always end with the knight in the bottom row because it’s the only legal move and it kills me every time. It’s a cool concept but when the only move is a death sentence it gets pretty annoying.
