This is from today's game. We played the king's gambit accepted n after some moves and developing pieces i saw that i have 2 variants to play: the 1st was to castle king's side n to see what move will play my opponent. Instead of this variation i choosed the 2nd variant to attack and to destroy the king's defence. My tactic was very successful n I really enjoyed this game of mine.

Here is a puzzle from the end of the game. Actually the game was resigned by whites after the 1st move af the puzzle but I decided to show u a continuation n not to bore u with just 1 move puzzle. ;-) Enjoy!

White can just move his rook over one and save his self right?

If you don't take the knight black plays Rxh2#.

White should have played 2.Bf4, after which you would be in some trouble.

maybe im missing something, but what about 2.Rxe7?   If 2...Rd1 then 3.Kg2, etc and if 2...Bxe7 then 3.Qxf3 and either way it works out better...
