Not exactly getting what you're trying to convey since your point isn't very clear, but uh if it helps:
1. Your puzzle history shows you did many puzzles on 6 May, and chess.com puzzle history only shows most recent 25 puzzles solved at a time, not beyond that. You probably attempted it and then did a lot of puzzles after that which is why it is no longer visible in your history.
2. Puzzles do repeat at the higher ratings, especially at 3000+ they repeat very frequently, so it's not an issue/bug dw.
As for the Android app/web version rating mismatch, and the scoring glitch, that I dunno, sorry.
Exact same puzzle shows up repeatedly
My main claim is that the exact same puzzle appears repeatedly. Look at the first and third images. They have the same puzzle. The first image was from today, the third is from yesterday.
My second claim is that that puzzle does not appear in the stats list of puzzles of which I have done.
And to be clear. This puzzle did not appear in stats when it was the last puzzle done. When you posted your reply it was the last puzzle I had done. And you did not see it as it happened on May 7. (Since your post, I have done more puzzles.)
The repeating puzzle is listed as a 1364 elo puzzle. And it is the only puzzle that repeats for me. I can understand why a 3000 elo puzzle might repeat as they are rare. Puzzles at my level are not rare. The puzzle in question is a mate in two which the first move is to take an unprotected queen to give a check.
Yesterday I got the puzzle in question, recognized it as the mysterious repeating puzzle, took a screen shot, and did puzzles as normal. Today, I got the same puzzle took a screenshot, and after "solving" took another screenshot. After checking my stats page, I wrote the post above.
And the first time I got this puzzle, possibly a week ago, I got it, solved it, hit next, got it again, solved it again, got it again, and you get the picture. As I said before, I left puzzles and re-entered it as a fix and I eventually got new puzzles. Since then it has appeared multiple times though now it seems to show up only once a day.
As for the weird elo. The first image is from this morning. It is before solving. It says my rating is 2008. the second image is after "solving" it says my rating is up 5 points to 1997. The screenshots are from the same device moments apart. As I said before, I don't think that I've been cheated. I believe the 2008 figure is wrong. It listed my rating as higher than it was. Both devices afterward claimed the rating was 1992 which, if I am not mistaken, would have been my rating if the weirdly repeating puzzle had never appeared.
This puzzle:
Here is the screen after solving this morning:
And here is the screen of the same puzzle presented yesterday;
I have not noticed any other puzzles repeating. And the strange behavior of the puzzle system seems to be only associated with that puzzle.
