How is it "winning"?

One bishop for pawn and bishop.

Which leaves material even.

Ok think about it this way: Material is even now and white's king is looking rather stupid in the middle of the board.

It doesn't look threatened enough to give Black a winning advantage to me.

interesting way to WIN the EXCHANGE! now will go look under those titled  "mate in two" for sure things!

Black reduces previously lost material and has in my opinion advantage. Not that great, that's nothing leading directly to win, but about 0.5 to 1 point. Also, that strategy forces white to ideal playing, in other case white loses extra points (to 2).

@fissionfowl: actually, I think its very well-positioned for the endgame that will arrive soon enough. still it looks stupid, never said it was risky...
