Get out of a sticky situation

Position that came up in one of my games, the solution isn't what a computer would suggest, but I think it would work against any human player.

Idk if you guys will get this message, but I put this position into the lichess analysis board and the computer actually agrees with my first move, Rxg6. The idea is after the pawn takes and Ra7+, the rook on the 7th rank can just keep checking the king until it is a draw. So I guess after, all the move does get you out of a sticky situation.

Yes - you have to go for the perpetual check with rook and knight via 2. Ra7+.

2. Qxh3 loses after 2. ...Re1+ 3. Kh2 (forced) Qxf4+ 4. Qg3 (forced) Rh1+ 5. Kxh1 (forced) Qxf3

EDIT - just saw that's exactly what notmtwain said...

Mind you, 1. Rxh3 isn't a terrible move and obviously gives winning chances, which 1. Rxg6 doesn't.

Therefore I think that may well be the best shout in a game, depending on relative player strength in the endgame

Thanks for the comments. I remember being pretty excited finding that move like 2 years ago, because I thought that I was screwed with all my pieces on the queenside like that.

Just use water to get the sticky trash out. Duh!
