well after these moves, white can do his last move and black will checkmate him with his Queen (Qf1++ or Qg1++)

i think that white will check with queen then the rook takes then the pawn will promote, then the king can move to h7. it is mate in one, unless white check him again then the g pawn can promote even then, three move repetition, the answer is draw

Black king can't go to h7, bcoz of the white Bishop is on b2!, after pawn promotion the black rook on d8 will take it...Rxf8!!

white

White is forced to play for stalemate with a weak back rank and dual checkmate threats on d1 and f1.  Qxf2 falls to Rd1+ and White has no other means to guard the first rank.  Can White seize a half point from the clutches of failure?

Good problem! Whether the Rook or Queen takes the new Queen on f8, stalemate follows.

1. Qxh6, gxh6... works just as well as the above stalemate solution.

I was mistaken, if white go for stalemate and play Qd8+ the following moves will result to a stalemate....first scenario: Qd8, Rxd8, f7Q, Rxf8 = stalemate

but if white made a mistake and took the black queen, it will be a win for black..second scenario: Qxf2, Rd1+, Qf1, Rxf1++
