this is a mate in 2 i found  on youtube and thought it was interesting to share.

this is a chess mystery and it can be done in 2

go down for the moves

the solution and the mystery that comes from the solution:

yes,there is a mystery to solve

solution:did you see Qa1???

well,we can  now see that if the K goes to f8 then Qh8 is checkmate.if the K goes to d8 Qh8 is checkmate.

BUT!:did you consider the move 0-0-0?

yes, this is the mystery in the solution.After black 0-0-0 there is now way to mate in 2  .Qa1 is the only move to mate in 2 but after 0-0-0 this is a dead end.So now we come to the 2nd part of the solution,proving that black connot castle.

Lets go back to the start.

you can see that black has 2 pawns that have now moved and blacks last move has to have been a king move or a rook move so we now prove that black connot castle and Qa1 is really a mate in 2

I found Queen a1 right away, but must confess I didn't consider 0-0-0
