Been super busy with class and work, so been unable to get around to posting new puzzles for you all. I'm not sure how often I'm going to be able to keep it up, so I thought, 'Why not simply make the book available for everyone?'
If someone else wants to post more problems from the book, that would certainly be awesome. I'll try to when I find time, but time is quite rare for me atm.
Note to the mods, as far as I know, this book is out of print - it doesn't seem to be available first hand through Amazon at least - so I feel that making it available in this way is acceptable. If you disagree with this, you are certainly in your rights to delete this post.
Thanks very much for this very interesting book. It's extremely captivating (bad for studies, I'm afraid). However, I think I've cracked one of the problems in the book, the second problem from the chapter "two bagatelles", the second bagatelle, if you will. There a position is given, of which it is claimed that black cannot castle in it. I've supplied here a proof game to the contrary. The position after white's 26th move is the position in question, black 26th move the claim's refutation.
My bad, I didn't read carefully. It's stipulated in the book that neither white's nor black's last move was a capture, although the reason for the latter stipulation is left unclear. I suppose I've cleared that up...
