If CT has that, it could be a paid option. The free version does not allow you to select motifs.
For the OP: look into software like CT-Art, I've heard that allows you practice one pattern at a time with increasing difficulty.
Is there an option in tactics trainer, or another site, that will let me just practice puzzles with a motif of pins?
