I found that on two occasions the system stopped accumulating points on the progress bar even though the points counter continued to advance with each puzzle solution which kept me from advancing to the next level. After reporting the issue, the help desk corrected it.

Terminé todos los niveles. Chess.com no me ha dado siquiera un peón de algún tipo. De hecho sigo resolviendo problemas y estoy en el nivel plata con muy buen puntaje.. arriba de los 3700 y nada.. mi distintivo cada vez que paso de un nivel a otro es un puzle con un tilde..pago mi suscripción DIAMANTE y siento que lo que dicen respecto de las compensaciones por nivel, no me las entregan. La pregunta es ... por que no cumplen..? Aquí no se trata de dinero, es solo el reconocimiento del mérito al tiempo que uno logra hacerse para utilizar esta plataforma y aprender según ellos mismos lo indican. Mis tiempos son escasos, me agradaría poder tomar lecciones pero opté por RESUELVE PROBLEMAS y no veo que se me reconozca el mérito de haber concluido todos los niveles y me degradan al principio. Lo único que aparece en PREMIOS es un puzle que solo indica mi progreso cada 100 puntos que avanzo.. en el detalle tengo un percebtil de 99,9% pero CERO RECONOCIMIENTO POR HABER SUPERADO TODOS LOS NIVELES Y HASTA LOS QUE YA SUPERÉ POR SEGUNDA VEZ. Deprimente.! Y soy PARKASTU NO PARCASTO..! POR QUE ME HAN CAMBIADO EL NOMBRE AQUÍ..?
so I finished all 8 levels, then go from Legend back to wood tier did this 3 times so far, so it shows I am on Prestige 3, does this just keep going, or do you eventually finish?
I have completed all levels to Silver tier , but now I am back on wood ? and after completed a tier I still is on the same it dont move to the next tier any had the same problem

Because of the 8 tiers and each tier being completable 8 times (because of the different pawns) and each of these tiers having 20 levels?

its not hard at all for leaugues. I've spedran all leagues in just a few months. This is puzzles

It's shame that there is no achievement in this area, for example reaching Legend tier would certainly deserve one.

There are no achievements directly related to the Puzzle Points feature
so you are at Prestige 14, does that give you anything more than being at Prestige 1,2,3 ?

Yes — there is indeed a badge/icon for completing all the levels in Puzzle Journey (and thus achieving “prestige”).
I am close to completed Champion 6 times, eas¨ch time starting over Champion tier
