There is more easy way to win than you suggested.
1. Rook c6, b1
2. Rook a6 ! King b7
3. Rook b6 !

The puzzle is good. Few notes:
1. There is an alternative solution
2. Black should promote to a queen, not a rook. Otherwise there are many alternative lines.
3. The solution should stop after move 7.
I think 2. and 3. are easy to implement and it'll improve the quality.
