Impossible Chess Puzzle?

I have a more difficult puzzle for you. I posted it in the Forum More Puzzles it is entitled Never Give Up.

Kg5 then Qg8. 

it can be done in 1 move... promoting the pawn to queen but since its 2 moves idk

puzzle will be solved under certian circumstances... If Ke8, puzzle won't work

1.Qd3 Kg8 2.Ne7#

Qd3. If King f6, e6 or e8 then g8=Q#. Or Kg8 then Ne7#

But that's mate in 4, not mate in 2.

Qf8 only legal move is e6 then g8 mate

Qf8 Ke6 G8 promote to bishop or Queen and that's check mate
