i might not get this right as a 13 year old but...

1.Qe2 Bg7 attacking knight too remove the defender of h7, but is too late

2. Qe8+ Bf8

3.Qxc8#

And if

1.Qe2 Be7 Shielding from Qe8

then

2. Rb8+ Does not matter how bishop blocks

3. Rook takes bishop #

another crazy and weird variaton that black might try is that the bishop might try to maneuver to d6, then to g3 to check white, but it is basically impossible because white will checkmate first.

And also in the comment I wrote i did not write which queen goes to e2. It really does not matter.
