1) B7f8, threating either B5f6 mate, or R7h7 mate.
Simple. Either way, black is mated in 2 or 3 moves? Do I win the Boobie Prize?
(edit): Nope, 1)...Be7 stops that idea.

If the problem requires white to execute mate without the required number of moves then I think there is no problem at all. One solution is to clear the board of so many figures leaving only enough pieces to clearly execute mate in many different ways.

How about 1) R on b3 to anywhere, 2) Qb3, and 3) the Q on b3 will deliver mate next move on f7 or g8?
Maybe this is just another wild guess? We need the OP to ajudicate.
(edit): Nope, that fails, the King goes to h6, and white only mates in 4.
