Insane Chess Puzzle

White has 3 knights
Yeah, white promoted a pawn to a knight instead of a queen because... reasons, I guess.
Are you cheating?
"Cheating" is when you make a puzzle and fail to test your creation with a engine. Most solvers have stopped solving since there are so many errors in the puzzles made by amateurs!

Yeah what this guy said

I would like to explain why the puzzle had an error in it for so long. I was tweaking the puzzle, trying to make it exactly as I wanted. But then my internet crashed before I could evaluate the position with Stockfish. This is why the puzzle was M5 or something like that for a day.

Hint: en passant?
That's correct! The solution to the puzzle involves an en passant capture.

@GMDerekOwusu16
Good guess, but that is not correct. Remember that there is an en passant capture involved. It can be on move 2 or 3.

Ah, you're in the class of guys who understand nothing about anything. You think that you can change the chess rules by giving "hints". Nobody cares about your "hints" whether they are about a promotion, a queen sacrifice or an en passant capture. People here play according to the rules of chess and they will play any move permitted by the rules to reach the stated goal. So, 1. Rb3!! is a brilliant move checkmating in 3 as requested in post #1!

No, the goal is to find the most difficult solution to the puzzle, which is the one that I hinted at. Rb3 is indeed a solution to the puzzle, but it's not the one I am looking for. Can you please stop trying to say anything you can to insult my puzzles? Just because I'm looking for a specific combination isn't a reason for you to complain about anything you can.
This is a very difficult chess puzzle that I made. It is white to play, checkmate in three.
