e, assuming black dots follow the same rules as white.

 

explanation (for above).. highlight below here to read it:

look at a single dot position in each of the 3 pictures. the rule is that if exactly 2 of the corresponding dots are the same color, then the final dot will be the same color (i.e. if the top dot is white in 2 pictures and black in the other, the top dot in the solution will be white). the second rule is if all 3 of the dots are the same color, then there is no dot in the solution, e.g. the left dots in the example. (although technically we only know this applies to white dots, but i think you would assume it applies to black ones as well.)
