Interesting, the amusement park in the video is Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California, however in the sitcom it's depicted as being located along the shores of Lake Michigan in Wisconsin.
Just occurred to me the relation between the "step by step" video and the "staircase" solution of the puzzle. Guess this is not my brightest day

Another 1 is this 1 around: "I, myself, did not catch the idea of the correlation between the chess vs cheese state. However it came to me "second time around"!

Wow... 6 Flags equals 6 treads in the puzzle. 
"Make-believe" is the location of the theme song. As cheesy as Wisconsin.
