This is The Sicilian Defense: Arabic Variation.(The blue board).

In this variation, White controls the center using his knights, and he uses his bishop effectively to put pressure on Black. However, Black can respond to this.(The green board). 

May lead to dangerous situations, but if Black doesn’t respond correctly, then Whit might have an advantage.
