 Nf8... hmm, actually thats mate in 4... Qh1 is correct

DH1 is the solution.

If Rg6, BxRg6

If Kf7, Qh5+

If Rf7, Bg6

How about 1.Qh5? Since black needs to move black is forced to move the rook. It is mate in 2 with 2.Qh7# then, unless black plays 1...Rf7. Then it is mate in 3 with 2.Qg6+ Rg7 3.Qe8#. One more thing: if black would play 1...Rg6, then it's also mate in 2 with 2.Qxg6#.
