Um this is not a mate in 3. First off, black made 4 moves. Secondly, mate must be FORCED in every variation, no matter what white plays.
I think Rb8 would be the best move in this situation.

i realised that litlle mistake after I submitted the puzzle and "no not every puzzle has to have forced moves" this was merely created to see if players will make the correct moves that i selected.
thanx for your input although it is negative!
PS there has been more questionable puzzles submitted in the daily puzzle.
yah..it should be forced..
