I think there's mate in 2, Nf8+, Kxf8(forced [EDIT not forced, of course, but after Kd8 Ne6#) Qf7#. or am I missing something?

2.nF8+, then king can move to d8, then defend himself with his knight?

No rooperi now i looked at ur suggestion, and that wouldnt be a mate. Ne6+, and then blacks queen captures the knight by Qxe6
