What if the Queen takes the Knight instead of Qh3+? Also, I was thinking Black would get less checks if you play Kh3 instead of taking the Bishop.

I think it's the same amount of time after 2... Qxf5 3. Qxf5 Bd6 4. Qe6+ Kh8 5. Qe8+ Bf8 6. Qxf8#.
